How do I change a product?

If you want to change the size or for another item: return the item you received and place a new order on the one you want instead.

 

How do I return an item?

Put the item back in the package you received it in. Wrap the package with paper or plastic and wrap it properly. Shoes should be in the carton you received them in. The carton should be in essentially unchanged condition.

– With the return form / registration of the return via your customer account, GTP Onlineshop is responsible for the shipping. Attach the return note to the outside of the package.

– Submit the package at the package delivery point.

– Please be sure to get a receipt, which shows the package ID for the return. This makes it easier to follow up the return delivery, if needed.

GUEST:

send an e-mail to onlineshop@gtptt.com with the subject RETURN and an explanation why you want to return the item (s).

 

When do I have to return the goods to get the money back?

You have open purchase for 14 days from the date we delivered your order. During that period, you can return the item completely free of charge and get your money back.

 

How do I know that you have received my return?

You will receive a confirmation via e-mail to the e-mail address you have registered with us as soon as your return has been registered from our warehouse.

 

When and how do I get my money back?

We make a refund of approved returns within 30 days of receiving the item. Using the return shipping slip, your customer case is automatically identified. Credit card purchases are always credited to the card.

 

I just want to return parts of my order?

How do I advertise a product?

Contact our customer service by phone: +46 451 766 620 or by sending an e-mail to: onlineshop@gtptt.com and tell us why you want to advertise the product. Customer service will help you with the complaint. Send the item back. Once we receive the item and approve the complaint, you will receive back the money you paid for the item.
