Return Policy
Withdrawal rights mean that, in accordance with the Distance and Home Sales Act, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days. The cancellation deadline starts on the day you as a consumer receive the goods. Under the right of withdrawal, you can cancel the agreement by leaving or sending us a message that you wish to do so. According to the Distance and Home Sales Act, we are obliged to refund what you paid as soon as and no later than 30 days after we received the returned item.
The right of withdrawal applies only if the goods are kept in essentially unchanged condition.
The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to self-designed High Heels, panties and callouts.
Open Purchase
Soon Yours, in addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, offers open purchase. If you are not satisfied with your goods, you can return free of charge within 14 days from the invoice date. The only requirement for free return is that the goods are unused and that packaging is not damaged. Returns will not be accepted if the item is used. Shoes should be in the carton you received them in. The carton should be in essentially unchanged condition.
As soon as we receive the return package, it is reviewed and given that it is without any notice, refunds will be made within 30 days.
The refund is made for security purposes only to the same card / account from which the original payment was made. In case of repayment of card purchases, your card is credited using a unique reference number that identifies the transaction. So your card information has not been saved by Soonyours.com.
Returns may not be sent against postal or postal arrears – these will not be redeemed.
If you want to change the size or change to another item: return the item you received and place a new order on the shoes you want to change.

send an email to contact@www.soonyours.se with the subject RETUR. Then we send a return shipping note to you, which you use to return the item (s).
Pack the package well to avoid shipping damage. For example, avoid sticking the shipping note to the shoe box or sending it without additional packaging. Make sure you get a receipt for the return from the parcel delivery point, where the package ID for the return appears. This makes it easier to follow up the return delivery, should it be needed.

You are always entitled to request that Soon Yours.com delete or correct any information that is available about you.
